Which iOS version is required?

Our apps are compatible with iOS4.3 or later. To see your device’s iOS version number, go to Settings > General > Version.

How do I restart my device?

See step-to-step instructions on how to restart your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

How do I delete an app and re-download?

  1. First delete the application from your device. To do this, press and hold on the icon until an X appears on the top corner of the icon. Press the X, and you will be prompted to delete.
  2. Re-download the application using the same Apple ID and you will not have to purchase it again. See more.
  3. After installation is complete, restart your device. (See above for help on restarting your device.)

Can I re-download for free?

Yes. You will not need to purchase it again if you re-download the application using the same Apple ID. See more.

Why is there no sound?

For iPhone/ iPod touch:

  1. Check the Side Switch on the upper left corner of your device and make sure that the orange dot is not showing.
  2. Turn up the volume using the buttons on the left side of your device.
  3. Enter the application and press the settings button shown on the main screen. Scroll down to the Sound settings and make sure they are switched to ON.
  4. If you still can’t hear the sound, restart your device. (See above for help on restarting your device.)

For iPad:

  1. Check the Side Switch on the upper right corner of your iPad and make sure that the orange dot is not showing.
  2. Turn up the volume using the buttons on the right side of your iPad.
  3. Enter the application and press the settings button shown on the main screen. Scroll down to the Sound settings and make sure they are switched to ON.
  4. If you still can’t hear the sound, restart the device. (See above for help on restarting your device.)

Also, if you are using iOS 4.3 or above:

  1. Make sure the orange dot is not showing on the Side Switch on the upper right corner of the iPad.
  2. Go to Settings > General > Use Side Switch to: > Check Mute
  3. Open the app, and the sound should be working.
  4. (Optional) Now if you want to change the Side Switch Settings to Lock Rotation, you can without turning the sound off.

Can I turn off the background music and keep the voice narration or vice versa?

Yes. Press the Settings Button shown on the main page and under Sound, choose which sounds you would like to be switched on or off.

How do I change to another language?

Press the Settings Button shown on the main page. Press the Language Bar > select your language > Settings > Done.

Why won’t my app install?

This is a Google Market issue that occurs with all apps. To fix this go to Settings > Applications > Download Manager and/or Settings > Applications > Market. Then press the Clear Cache or Clear Data button.

How do I reset the aquarium in Interactive Telling Time?

Press the Settings Button shown on the main page. Press Reset Aquarium > Yes > Done.

Why does the Parent’s Section appear blank on Monkey Math - Jetpack Adventure?

We’re so sorry if you’re experiencing this! This is an issue we are currently working to fix. Once the new update is available, we will let you know via our Facebook and Twitter, so please keep posted. For the mean time, doing the following will get you past the Parental Lock:

Swipe up OR down OR left OR right with one OR two fingers

The combinations are selected at random each time, which is why swiping down with one finger (for example) might work one time and not another.
